Your safety and your oral health are our top priorities. We put together this video to let you know about our new safety protocols and equipment that is designed to keep you safe:
Patient Screening Protocol
When you schedule your appointment, we will review our protocols with you and ask you some screening questions. You'll be asked these same questions again when you are in the office.
When you arrive for your appointment, you can check in with your mobile device and then wait in the comfort of your car. When your room is ready, we'll notify you.
Inside the Office
When you enter the office, please wear a mask. We will provide you with hand sanitizer, take your temperature with a non-contact forehead thermometer, and ask you the same screening questions we asked when you scheduled your appointment.
Appointments will be managed to allow for social distancing between patients. We will do our best to allow greater time between patients to reduce waiting times for you, as well as to reduce the number of patients in the reception area at any one time.
Personal Protective Equipment
When you walk into our office, you will notice our team members are wearing different levels of protective gear. Everyone on our team will also be wearing an ID badge at all times to make sure you know what our name is and what our smile looks like under our masks.
Private Treatment Rooms
Every treatment room that you walk into is its own private area with walls and doors. We are not an open-air dental clinic with multiple chairs in the same room sharing the same airspace.
HEPA Filters for Air Purification
We have HEPA air filters throughout the office, so the air within each room is constantly being turned over and filtered so that the air that you breathe is always clean.
UV light technology helps disinfect the countertops, chairs, ceiling, floor, and even the air after we wipe everything down.
We hope this information helps clarify our new protocols and gives you an idea of what you can expect when you come to see us. If you have any questions, or would like to schedule an appointment, please give us a call or send us a message.
